Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it with a brand-new item at no additional cost.
How to Request a Replacement
To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Replacement Approval
Once our team reviews and approves your request, a brand-new replacement product will be shipped to you.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be resolved through a replacement only.
Exclusions
Replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen settings
